Coach Jack- distance

Coach Kyra - high jump

Coach Stacey Schall-Brillon - head girls coach, hurdles

I studied Life-Sciences with a concentration in biology and worked on The Cancer Genome Atlas Project at Nationwide Children’s Hospital prior to earning my Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I am currently practicing medicine. I enjoy spending time with my son, reading, exercising, gardening, and raising animals on my hobby farm.

I was a 4-year varsity track athlete at Bloom Carroll High School where I finished 5th at the inaugural OATCCC Indoor Track and Field Meet in the 55 hurdles. I hold the school record in the 100 hurdles, was an MSL champion in 4x400 relay, and District Champion in the 100 hurdles. I then ran 4 years on the varsity team at Otterbein University (formerly College) where I competed in hurdles and relays. I was the 2007 OAC Champion in the 55 hurdles, earned 3 OAC Team Championship Titles, and 6 All OAC honors. I ran national qualifying times in the 55 hurdles and 100 hurdles, hold the OAC hurdle relay record, and the indoor and outdoor school records in the 4x400 relay.

This is my 11th season coaching boys and girls hurdles at Dublin Scioto High School, my 7th as Girls Head Coach. I am USATF Level 2 trained in sprints, hurdles, and relays.  I assisted in coaching the 2012 State Champions in the 2x200 relay and coached the 2019 State Champion in the 100 hurdles and State Runner Up in the 300 hurdles; 13 OCC Champions, 5 District Champions, 1 Regional Champion. Although it is so much fun coaching the record holders and champions, I continue to coach because I love to challenge all of my athletes to be the best versions of themselves. I pride myself in personalizing workouts for all of my athletes regardless of talent or ability and some of my most precious memories are those of athletes who finally accomplished a personal record or other goal that had at one time seemed impossible.
